I always find it so amazing how on a rainy day the colors just pop. I suppose it is because the bright sun is not shining and washing all the color away. Supurb shot Anthony.

Love how the detail and style comes together so well in these old towns . . their character is always more than skin deep. The rain adds rather a lot, too !

Interesting what Marion says; I'd never thought of it but it seems true in this shot. Lovely scene. Suprisingly steady shot considering where you were located when you schnapped it!! ;o)

I see you having some crap weather mate !! i´ve been looking at Garmisch on the old webcams and watching the forcast.You should see the sun peeping out from behind the clouds over the next couple of days though.Keep the "Schnapps" (I hate using that word) going and you won´t notice the rain too much :-)
When do you set off back ??

@Anthony Lambert: I know you hate that word but thats what its called, it was a place were they told you the history. Yes the weather has been crap but we had great day today, a good walk around on a mountain called Wank. It was nice to dry out i little. oh yes for me i will keep the beer flowing MMmmmm. were off back on tuesday morning.
