A perfect contrast to the blue sky. 10 Jun 2009 7:28pm Rand from Orem, United StatesI also like the highlighting around the edges. Nice job! I think birds in flight are quite difficult to get just right, so congratulations. 10 Jun 2009 7:33pm @Rand: Thank you very much, very kind ZoomLNZ from Los Angeles Area, United StatesAs Rand pointed out, this can be a difficult shot under normal circumstances. But were you traveling in a boat? Seagulls often like to fly overhead and maintain the same speed as the vessel. This is a good shot. I like the way the light illuminates the bird's trailing feathers. 10 Jun 2009 10:42pm @ZoomLNZ: Just stood on land, cheers Zoom dj.tigersprout from New York City, United Statesan amazing shot -- beautiful creature - wonderful timing!! 12 Jun 2009 4:27am Anthony Morgan Lambert from Bielefeld(old Pembroke Dock boy,Wales), GermanyCracking shot bro,but what´s that black smudge below his left wing ??
