Stephen Phillips from San Francisco, United StatesOn my last trip into Bryce and Zion (National Parks) - we flew in and out of Vegas. A surreal way to end a trip into such inspirational natural splendor. I don't think I'd do that again - just because of the 'culture shock'. 26 May 2009 5:26am @Stephen Phillips: I have to say its not a place that was on my list of places to go, but if your flying there i think its a place you really must experience, it really is like nothing you will have ever seen before, cheers Stephen @r00t: Thank you Linerberry from Sumner, Christchurch, New ZealandCool shot!!! What an amazing place!! 26 May 2009 7:06am Elena Kotrotsou from Drossia, GreeceThat's very interesting, I always see Vegas in movies, but I've never seen photos of that place. Thank you! 26 May 2009 8:27am @Elena Kotrotsou: Thank you very much MrsAmber from West Wickham, United KingdomIt's like a different planet from your last shots. I'd rather stick to the likes of Bryce and Zion myself! But it's a great shot! 26 May 2009 9:02am @MrsAmber: Yes me to, but if your there you really must go and see it grouser from Ludlow, United KingdomNicely composed, but give me the hills any day 26 May 2009 9:41am MaryB from Staffordshire, United KingdomI wouldn't mind seeing Vegas but as I don't like flying it probably won't happen. so I'm looking forward to seeing your posts over the next few days :) 26 May 2009 9:53am ManuelaR from Hainburg (Frankfurt/Main), GermanyNice shot Alun, will be looking for the next ones :) 26 May 2009 10:01am @Lorraine: Not that i know ? Lee from Fort Frances Ontario, CanadaI would much prefer Bryce over this. However, I am looking forward to your series. 26 May 2009 11:49am @Lee: Me to, But Vegas is something you have to do Steven from Chicagoland, United StatesSuch a stark contrast in comparison to the beautiful terrains you captured of Bryce Canyon. But a nice composition here where the lush landscape tones down the tall, blank walls of the establishment. The "blues" seem to have a cooling effect as well. 26 May 2009 9:50pm @Steven: cheers Steven Earnest from Oklahoma, United StatesHope you won something... interesting photo... touristy...! 27 May 2009 2:03am @Earnest: Well, i was a tourist :) Cricket-Tammy from Alabama, United StatesFun Fun Fun! This photo makes me want to visit again. 27 May 2009 5:58am Ronnie 2¢ from London, United KingdomThat unashamed unreality can become additive . . .at least, that's what they hope ! 27 May 2009 2:59pm |
