(Or is it Sigourney Weaver without her teeth in?). Well I think its some ice melting rather than just water...Ok my guess is a Red Snapper fish. Do tell! 29 Mar 2009 1:49pm @MrsAmber: very funny guess, a mute swan, thanks for some fun EYES WIDE SHUT from The library of my soul, United KingdomThis is so easy, Alun. This is a close up of the long snout of the rarely seen Red snouted Duckosaurus. Only discovered in parts of Cheshire and previously thought to have been extint for millions of years, these small and timid ancestors of the prehistoric creatures from our past, are now thouight to be alive and thriving in secretly guarded locations..... Am I close? ha ha 29 Mar 2009 4:43pm @EYES WIDE SHUT: you have been here before, very good comment Lorraine from Gatineau, CanadaA baby snout related to the dinosaur eating jello????wow lol 29 Mar 2009 5:04pm @Lorraine: very funny, nice one Graham Russon from Cape Town, South AfricaDuck or Goose bill, what a awesome closeup 29 Mar 2009 6:11pm @Graham Russon: very close, a mute swan Sarah from Vaud, SwitzerlandSwan bill! I shall inspect my local swans all the more closely after this. Brilliant image, btw. 29 Mar 2009 7:55pm @Ronnie 2¢: thanks very much, not keen on shell fish so i should be ok :)) Earnest from Oklahoma, United StatesMy guess is that it is the beak of a bird, perhaps a goose... but in truth it looks just like a predatory science fiction monster. 29 Mar 2009 8:49pm Evelyne Dubos from Le Mans, FranceIt's late, you've given the answer, but it was a very intriguing shot, indeed. 29 Mar 2009 9:18pm Anthony Lambert from Bielefeld, GermanyWhy can´t that Swan talk then ?? (Mute :-) Get it !!) 30 Mar 2009 6:54am @Anthony Lambert: hehehe, very good djedfre from schaumburg, United Statesi thought it was something like that, but couldn't quite convince myself since it looks kind of metallic too! definitely does look prehistoric... great shot! 30 Mar 2009 8:54am @Mirza Ahmad: very much so :) Lesley from Lincoln, United StatesICK!!
