Good shot. I note the shutter speed and it makes me think I need to up my shutter speeds when I'm using my 300mm lens.

@Twelvebit: Thank you 12bit. Yes the faster the shutter speed the better freeze. Choose a shutter speed with a denominator that is larger than the focal lenth of the lens. E,G 100mm=1/125th, 200mm=1/250th,
300mm=1/500th.
