This is a beautiful photo... I think that the tree really adds interest to an already exciting scene and the lighting is great too!

That's a marvellous place to be... I went there in 1978 ( a long ago !) and I was amazed by the colours. They are splendid here, like lava from a vulcano.

yeah, you just don't get rock colors like that in the midwest - that's why i spend as much time as possible wandering the southwest... thanks!
